Vote them out! Tomorrow “Election Day” is Independence Day!

This may be the most important election in our lifetime. If we don’t VOTE out ALL incumbents (both Democrat and Republican) and replace them with people (conservatives) who are going to stop growing government, FOLLOW THE US CONSTITUTION and stop selling our kids and grand kids out to outrageous and unsustainable debt. I mean China just about owns us yet you don’t hear about it in the “main stream” media, nor do you hear much of anything but LIES from the major networks and news outlets who have become nothing more than propagandists for Obama and his ilk. I don’t normally post political stuff on my BLOG, but today I am making an exception.

How’s that CHANGE working for you? Unemployment over 10%, trillions in debt, a convoluted health care bill that most Americans never wanted….the list goes on. Most Americans do NOT want a to have their country turned into another “failed” European like socialistic state. Just look at Greece and France and see where we as a country are heading. Vote Them Out! “It’s the ECONOMY stupid” as Bill Clinton stated many years ago, and it is also THE CONSTITUTION stupid!

Yes the people who make this country great and work for a living are pissed and rightly so! Tomorrow is Independence Day! Let’s pray for a Tsunami of Sanity to start getting this country back on track and reject Socialism and Government controlling every aspect of our lives.

Tea Party Patriots around this great nation are making a difference in this upcoming election! The real test will be if we can get EVERYONE who’s fed up with bailouts, bloated wasteful government, ObamaCare, liberal elites, and Democrats taking us down the road towards Socialism to vote them out! This is such an important election because America is at a crossroads and MUST change course if we are going to begin to get our country back on course. We must vote for “free market” politicians who will follow the U.S. Constitution and be willing to repeal ObamaCare.

9/12 Tea Party March on Washington – We’re Back!!!

It was great to go back to DC and march with my fellow Tea Party Patriots from Carteret County. There may not have been as many people at this rally due to bad weather and the Glenn Beck Rally a few weeks ago I suppose, BUT the positive and confident energy was definitely still alive and well. Concerned citizens from around the country came out to the various Tea Party rallies around this great country to express there concern, outrage and frustration with a government that is out of control, fiscally irresponsible, elitist and not even willing or interested in listening to the will of the hard working people who pay higher and higher taxes and make this country exceptional. I’ll let my pictures say the rest. Please feel free to comment on the event and the photos. November elections are just around the corner and I truly believe a lot of politicians on both sides of the aisle are in for a big surprise. We are not going to forget what happened on 9/11 and we are not going to forget how the elitist, self serving politicians in Washington shoved the Health Care Bill down our throats – a bill they didn’t even read I might add. So send the link to this blog to all your contacts and lets make a difference in November. As so many of the speakers articulated in Sunday’s rally – we are at a transitional time in the history of this country and we MUST turn things around and get our country and politicians back to what our founding fathers intended. Gandhi may have been speaking decades ago, but he summed up where we (The Tea Party Movement) stands pretty darned well.

With the passage of the Health Care bill there is no doubt in my mind this country has taken the next huge step towards socialism and the government taking more control of our lives. Believe what you will…the government running the health care system is going to be a bureaucratic nightmare. All we can do is pray this thing can be repealed and every single congressman that voted for it be voted out of office next fall.

A PRAYER FOR AMERICA

Father, we beg Your blessing for the Right to Life, the Unborn, the weak, the sick and the old; all who are finding themselves being targets of the vicious culture of death; that our Lord Jesus bless and protect all who stand up for the Christian dignity of persons. That God enlighten those who are traveling down death’s highway by their involvement, in any way, with either the contemporary death culture, selfism, relativism, or any of the new age errors of our times, that God envelop our culture with His Divine protection and help us both individually and as a nation to true enlightenment, conversion and repentance of our selves and our culture. Help us to turn from our national sin of abortion, and return to, and once again become a Christian nation, on the narrow road, that is, the path to becoming a nation and culture, under God. Amen.

We’ve had mediocre (bad) Presidents in the history of our great nation before, but none I believe that actually hated this country for everything (free enterprise, liberty, freedom) it stands for. It’s very difficult not to get depressed over what’s going on in Washington. I can’t watch the mainstream (if you can call it that) news anymore without getting upset and angry over the direction our leaders are taking us. Just the other day President Obama goes to the United Nations and apologizes for this country again. I don’t think he even believes there is one good thing about America except for him now being President. We are living in very dangerous times and I’m not sure the leader of the free world even realizes it. You just have to look around the world stage and see these madmen (terrorists) in Iran, North Korea and Afghanistan ranting about their nuclear weapons or how they want to destroy us and realize our leader wants to make concessions (or negotiate) with these lunatics.

Unfortunately, I don’t see a viable leader, voice and/or champion for “our side” emerging from the wreckage that is the Republican party. An articulate, courageous man or woman that can go toe to toe with the radical left and speak for the millions of Americans in this country who don’t buy into the radical left agenda. Don’t buy into Government run Health Care, don’t buy in to Cap and Trade, don’t buy into amassing trillions of dollars of debt for our children and grandchildren and taking over private industries like banking the auto industry and don’t buy into to giving illegal aliens the same rights as legal citizens of this country AND don’t buy into dismantling our military, or turning our backs on our Eastern Europe allies with missile defense.

Yes…these are dangerous times and fortunately many Americans like the thousands of Tea Party Patriots are waking up to the CHANGE Barack Obama has in store for us. Frankly his change scares me to death! Don’t lose heart. Where there is CHANGE I believe there is HOPE that the pendulum will begin swinging back the other direction and we can vote some of the leftists Democrats and spineless Republicans out of office the next election cycle and replace them with leaders who believe in following the United States Constitution and defending personal liberty, free enterprise, combating the CHANGE our President has in store for this country, which I believe is replacing our American system of representative government (our Republic) with socialism.

Wake up America! We’re going to blink and our freedoms are going to be taken away – it’s already happening in Congress right now as the Health Care debate rages on.

Oh yea…what about the youth indoctrination going on in some schools? Now this is scary stuff! Yes…we are living in very dangerous times. Open your eyes America.

One Week After the March on DC

It’s been a week since the historic Tea Party March on Washington. I must admit the inspirational and historic march renewed my hope for this country. It’s very easy to let the corruption and socialist agenda in Washington get conservative Americans like myself depressed and even lose hope, especially when traditional media outlets constantly slant the news and are nothing more than mouthpieces (and cheerleaders) for Obama and his Liberal Democratic Congressman and Senators.
Last weekend I learned there are many MANY people in this country that feel the same way I do about the WRONG direction our great nation is going in and are worried, concerned, frustrated and even scared that the America we know and love is being trashed, apologized for and dismantled to make way for CHANGE. We all know what that word means now that business and industries like the car manufacturers and banks are being incrementally taken over by BIG GOVERNMENT. Our Health Care System is next in line for a government takeover and of course that means more taxes, less services and redistribution of wealth in this country. It’s mind boggling how we’ve let all this happen in such a short amount of time. The people are waking up however, I just hope its not to late to turn the tide of socialism and beat back the advances of big, wasteful, bloated government. I mean…please tell me what service the government runs that is efficient and cost effective? For every person that attended the Tea Party march on Washington last week I believe there are 5 or more that wish they could have been there and don’t buy into Obama’s CHANGE for American. We must continue to put the pressure on our elected officials and vote them out of office if they are not willing to represent the people who voted them in. The sleeping giant is awake! Don’t loose heart and don’t loose faith in the people of this country. This is a serious wake up call and its time the tax payers and legal citizens of this country put a stop to the wasteful spending and madness in Washington. Cap and Trade, Immigration Reform, Socialized Health Care, abandoning our allies…the list goes on. Keep the pressure on and don’t loose heart America!

University of Illinois did a “space count” using a satellite and came up with a number count of 1.7 million people at the event. Sure beats 50 to 60k given out by a “WASHINGTON” official and somewhat more believable.
