The Government Can! NOT!

Dangerous Times

We’ve had mediocre (bad) Presidents in the history of our great nation before, but none I believe that actually hated this country for everything (free enterprise, liberty, freedom) it stands for. It’s very difficult not to get depressed over what’s going on in Washington. I can’t watch the mainstream (if you can call it that) news anymore without getting upset and angry over the direction our leaders are taking us. Just the other day President Obama goes to the United Nations and apologizes for this country again. I don’t think he even believes there is one good thing about America except for him now being President. We are living in very dangerous times and I’m not sure the leader of the free world even realizes it. You just have to look around the world stage and see these madmen (terrorists) in Iran, North Korea and Afghanistan ranting about their nuclear weapons or how they want to destroy us and realize our leader wants to make concessions (or negotiate) with these lunatics.

Unfortunately, I don’t see a viable leader, voice and/or champion for “our side” emerging from the wreckage that is the Republican party. An articulate, courageous man or woman that can go toe to toe with the radical left and speak for the millions of Americans in this country who don’t buy into the radical left agenda. Don’t buy into Government run Health Care, don’t buy in to Cap and Trade, don’t buy into amassing trillions of dollars of debt for our children and grandchildren and taking over private industries like banking the auto industry and don’t buy into to giving illegal aliens the same rights as legal citizens of this country AND don’t buy into dismantling our military, or turning our backs on our Eastern Europe allies with missile defense.

Yes…these are dangerous times and fortunately many Americans like the thousands of Tea Party Patriots are waking up to the CHANGE Barack Obama has in store for us. Frankly his change scares me to death! Don’t lose heart. Where there is CHANGE I believe there is HOPE that the pendulum will begin swinging back the other direction and we can vote some of the leftists Democrats and spineless Republicans out of office the next election cycle and replace them with leaders who believe in following the United States Constitution and defending personal liberty, free enterprise, combating the CHANGE our President has in store for this country, which I believe is replacing our American system of representative government (our Republic) with socialism.

Wake up America! We’re going to blink and our freedoms are going to be taken away – it’s already happening in Congress right now as the Health Care debate rages on.

Oh yea…what about the youth indoctrination going on in some schools? Now this is scary stuff! Yes…we are living in very dangerous times. Open your eyes America.

One Week After the March on DC

It’s been a week since the historic Tea Party March on Washington. I must admit the inspirational and historic march renewed my hope for this country. It’s very easy to let the corruption and socialist agenda in Washington get conservative Americans like myself depressed and even lose hope, especially when traditional media outlets constantly slant the news and are nothing more than mouthpieces (and cheerleaders) for Obama and his Liberal Democratic Congressman and Senators.
Last weekend I learned there are many MANY people in this country that feel the same way I do about the WRONG direction our great nation is going in and are worried, concerned, frustrated and even scared that the America we know and love is being trashed, apologized for and dismantled to make way for CHANGE. We all know what that word means now that business and industries like the car manufacturers and banks are being incrementally taken over by BIG GOVERNMENT. Our Health Care System is next in line for a government takeover and of course that means more taxes, less services and redistribution of wealth in this country. It’s mind boggling how we’ve let all this happen in such a short amount of time. The people are waking up however, I just hope its not to late to turn the tide of socialism and beat back the advances of big, wasteful, bloated government. I mean…please tell me what service the government runs that is efficient and cost effective? For every person that attended the Tea Party march on Washington last week I believe there are 5 or more that wish they could have been there and don’t buy into Obama’s CHANGE for American. We must continue to put the pressure on our elected officials and vote them out of office if they are not willing to represent the people who voted them in. The sleeping giant is awake! Don’t loose heart and don’t loose faith in the people of this country. This is a serious wake up call and its time the tax payers and legal citizens of this country put a stop to the wasteful spending and madness in Washington. Cap and Trade, Immigration Reform, Socialized Health Care, abandoning our allies…the list goes on. Keep the pressure on and don’t loose heart America!

The “Real” Crowd Estimate at the DC March 1.7 Million!

University of Illinois did a “space count” using a satellite and came up with a number count of 1.7 million people at the event. Sure beats 50 to 60k given out by a “WASHINGTON” official and somewhat more believable.

9/12 Tea Party March on Washington

I just returned from an absolutely amazing and inspirational trip to Washington DC with 250 fellow patriots from Morehead City, North Carolina. We joined up with over a Million and 1/2….YES, that’s what I said, over well over a Million “Fed-UP” American patriots who ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE! These people are serious about taking their country back from the leftists who want to turn America into a Socialist state. I’ll let the pictures I took during the event speak for themselves. This is no longer a Republican vs. Democrat issue! It’s an American people who work for a living, pay taxes and believe in the United States Constitution vs. an out of control, power hungry, wasteful spending, bloated elitist government issue. The People are Coming to clean house. Washington are you listening? Obama…Are you listening? Weak kneed spineless Republicans are you listening? Rhino Republicans…are you listening.
